Melt the margerine and add crushed biscuits and cinnamon.
Press into a loose base tin and leave to cool.
The topping
Mix together the cream cheese and the caster sugar.
Whip up a small carton of cream and add to the cheese and sugar mixture.
Spread over base and leave to set.
Top with any kind of fruit as desired.
(Crushed pineapple is particularly good.)
The version Rob made for us had no fruit on top, but had the juice of one lemon added to the mix.
